Our website address is: https://learn-horary.com, and we are doing business under the offline name of Collection of Light Enterprises, which you may sometimes see referred to on our invoices. We also currently have http://divinetimeastrology.com, a sister website for astrological services and associated products and information. We do use third party services, such as Google Analytics, PayPal, AWeber, and Calendly, each of which does use SSL Certification to securely transmit your data. We do not collect your specific credit card or banking information on this site, and have access to what personal information we do see about our visitors and clients by visiting Google Analytics, PayPal, AWeber, and Calendly, or by receiving notices from them by eMail. Among the types of personal data that this website collects, by itself or through third parties, there are:
Cookies, Usage Data (how our visitors use & move about the site), Names, Email Addresses, Scheduling Information for Appointments, Intake Form Information (various types of optionally provided data and required data about our clients in order prepare for Astrological Consultations or Astrology based reports made available through our site).

As mentioned other places on the site, we use Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser and then collects usage data, so we can better understand how our visitors use this site and to monitor how well the site is functioning. Google Analytics processes this usage data and summarizes it for these purposes. In exchange, Google utilizes that same data to better serve our users with ads and search results that more likely suit them.
Contact forms
We use a WordPress contact form plugin and AWeber to create intake forms and optin forms, and how much information we collect in any of these forms depends on what the purpose of the form is. For instance, whether it is to receive a newsletter, a report PDF, where we usually only need a name and an email address, or an intake form to prepare us for doing the business necessary and appropriate to the astrological training a prospective client (our students), in which case the additional information might vary depending on the format of the training being requested. We also use AWeber to Manage contacts and sending messages.

This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Orders
We will request information from you on our order forms. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is only used to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. Any financial information is given only to PayPal in the process of buying one of the products or services offered on this site.
Surveys and Contests
From time-to-time we or our site may request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Who we share your data with
We are still figuring this out, but it should be a short list, and does include Google Analytics. The ways and manners that the various software features & plugins used on this site are often mysterious, but we are looking into this. We do not believe we are currently using Google Fonts anywhere on the site.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that may have Login Credentials for our website, we store the personal information they provide in their WordPress User Profile. All of these Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Only those with the “Role” of Website Administrators for this site can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data
Divine Time Astrology places a high value on protecting information transmitted via this Site. For this reason, the Site is protected by a Security Plugin that provides a high level of security, we use PayPal to process payments offsite and Calendly to to provide secure communication methods. We take reasonable measures to secure and protect customer-specific information transmitted via or stored on our Site. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that information users supply to us will be totally secure.
What third parties we receive data from
That would be Google Analytics, PayPal, AWeber, and Calendly, and there may be others, but Cambridge Analytics is not one of them and never has been. We will fill out this list as we discover more.
